Oh, how Charlottesville has stolen my heart! As if that weren't already apparent. I suppose it's unnatural to be THIS obsessed with my school, but I just can't help it. It's actually a running joke with my friends, because I wear so much blue and orange, and so much UVa apparel. They periodically ask me, "Wait, Rory, where are you going to school again?" And I just laugh and don't mind at all, because oh, how I love my school.
The Jack Rogers are my newest UVa themed purchase. They're actually for my graduation. At my school, we don't wear caps and gowns. Instead we don white dresses (girls) and navy blazers with white pants (boys) My dress is from Lilly Pulitzer...I'm slowly starting to embrace and even like parts of the prep culture! I know I won't ever fully convert, but preppiness is growing on me. The shoes are preppy for sure, but I thought they added a perfect UVa themed touch to my final moment of high school :)
Speaking of graduation, I can't believe I'll be graduated in two DAYS! How time has flown. Can't wait for the next chapter in this life I feel so incredibly lucky to be living in.
