One of my absolute favorite things I did while on Maui was watch the sunrise from the summit of the volcano Haleakala. My dad and I woke up at 3 am and drove the 10,000+ foot height to the peak. As the sun rose I snapped pictures and my fingers froze. I wore my favorite sweatshirt because it was the warmest thing I brought with me--and I had to rep my school :)
