The baby blue and pastel pink of this dress remind me of the cotton candy my brother and I used to beg my parents for whenever we were at a fair, baseball game, or something similar. Cotton candy was considerably the best thing ever–after ice cream, of course–because it was the closest thing to pure sugar that my parents would let us eat. I can remember the yucky feeling when I was done eating–where my hands would stick to everything I touched and to each other. My mouth and face would be stained pink and blue. It was SO worth it, though. Cotton candy is just so good!
I suppose I’ve got cotton candy on the brain thanks to the perfect weather we’ve had as of late. Sunny skies, balmy afternoons, and days that last almost past eight, it stays light for so long. It’s the kind of weather that’s perfect for a baseball game. Are you sports fans? Although I play sports, watching them just isn’t enjoyable for me. The only reason I ever went to baseball games with my family was for the food. CLEARLY this girl has her priorities straight
